The woodland creatures are out for blood.

Our next event is Halloween and draws on the rich ancient myths of that mysteriously alluring seducer and penetrator of the flesh and mind: the vampire.

Vampires appeal to our primitive fears of death (as well as immortality) and sex, but also our mutating human natures. Their eroticism arises from their mysterious power and unattainability; their deep sensuality; their blatant hunger for flesh, and connection, and lust.
Yet there is a sweet tenderness and intimacy and deep vulnerability to the vampire - so frequently brutally ostracised & othered.
Vampirtes are mesmerising - and sexy as fuck.

If the Victorian vampire cult arose as a morbid fear of female menstruation (think menses & moon cycles), we reclaim the deep dignity of female energies - and embrace the beautiful fullness of all bodies. Expect lots of luscious liquidity and sensuality.

Set in the mythical East End of London to mirror the myth’s Slavic and Balkan origins in Eastern Europe, we will takeover the whole of the E1 labyrinth, perhaps bringing blood to our ears with its orgasmic, bespoke Funktion-One sound system and fabled wall of sound, illuminated by its constellation of strobe-tastic, psychedelic (& recently-upgraded) lighting

You can now expect a full three rooms of gorgeous music, with an all-female lineup and international headliner in the main Schloss, a dedicated chillout room with 2 more kink spaces than normal; a host of spaces for deeply sensual explorations; a pantheon of mythical creatures and extraordinary performers and immersives; & luscious, unexpectedly vampiric experiences, like blood-fruit banquets and transfusions, blood baths and weddings; bountiful liquids - and a bloody amazing night.

Our last events at the Steel Yard have been simply extraordinary; we aim to make this one even better - one that, like vampires, lives on forever ;)
