Memorial Hall, St Peter's School, YO30 6AB
Description
Fox Lane Books is delighted to work in partnership with St Peter's School and York Literature Festival to bring you an evening of conversation with actor and author, Richard Armitage in conversation with Elly Fiorentini from BBC Radio York.
Richard Armitage’s film and television roles include The Hobbit, North and South, Into the Storm, The Vicar of Dibley and Spooks, to name but a few. Richard has now turned his talents to writing crime fiction with his outstanding debut Geneva. Wire-taut and twist-laden, this debut thriller pitches a Nobel Prize-winning scientist with the initial onset of Alzheimer's disease into a world of conspiracy and conflicted loyalties where her closest friend could prove to be her deadliest foe.
Richard will be in conversation, with an opportunity for audiences questions. A book-signing for paperback editions of Geneva will follow, plus the chance to meet and chat with Richard over snacks and refreshments.
