The ability to look beyond the text, beyond the words to identify the thinking and meaning making that is underneath is the focus of this training. Participants learn to apply Otto Laske's developmental theory by working with the text produced through a developmental interview and learn how the results are translated into feedback conversations and reports.
In this part of the training, people have in each of four sessions gone through the 7 thought forms of one dialectical moment and done some practice on scoring a piece of text within the context of the moment of dialectic being practiced at that moment.
In this part of the training, people have in each of 4 sessions gone through the 5 Stages and the 12 sub-stages and done some practice in scoring a piece of text within the context of the stage of meaning making being practiced at that moment.

Once you have finished both the cognitive and social
emotional scoring training, and assessed three full developmental
profiles under the guidance of a senior practitioner, you will be
regarded as a fully qualified practitioner.
