Art of Hosting Training Liechtenstein
How can we host (as) leaders facing today’s challenges, so that we all contribute to emerging fresh solutions?
INTRODUCTION
Today’s challenges need a different kind of engagement and conversation, as well as a different kind of leadership.
Where and how can we come together and learn how to engage, converse and lead in ways that make a difference? Where and how can we come together to work in this way on real challenges that matter now?
This Art of Hosting Training becomes a space for people working as/with leaders tackling the complex issues we are confronted with on a high level. We bring our full competencies and our sets of tools and methodologies. While stepping into the qualitative frame of the Art of Hosting, we combine our knowing and practice in a way that deepens our connections, understanding and capacity for participatory leadership - the kind of leadership that is needed to solve the collective crises we are in.
Leading together in such novel ways helps us to become aware of our own and collective constricting belief systems. We enter a field filled with various levels of learning and become able to work with what is alive right now, instead of sticking to a plan. We become fluent in our ways of leading and being lead, so that we can start to follow the wisest solution in the person with the highest situative competency.
Prior experience in the Art of Hosting is not a requirement. If you are already a practitioner, be open to revise and learn from scratch. We are creating a mutual learning space for the hosting practice held by all of us.
We are an international group of people with many different mother tongues. Although we'll communicate mainly in English, there will be plenty of opportunities to talk, listen and share in your favorite language.

Sarah Tulivu / Fong Yi
Sarah Tulivu, or Fong Yi, has trained in meditation for the past 13 years. About six of those years were passed living full-time as a monk in a Tao Temple, training Taiji (Taichi) and Qigong, within the tradition of Taiwanese Master, Waysun Liao.
In 2019 she was advised by Master Waysun Liao and Master Chang to leave the Temple and learn how to carry the meditation practice into everyday life. They shortly after made her an instructor, asking her to share the practice with those interested who cross her path.

Stefan Tilg
One main principle of Art of Hosting is that "no one hosts alone". For the purpose of organizing the event, Stefan is talking to key persons, inviting guests to a monthly newsletter and checking all the details leading to a successful gathering. Stefan is a wearer of many hats, depending on what is about to emerge. He has been into building communities since a decade, accompanied children as a primary school teacher for many years and is now offering his Hosting skills and broad knowledge to whoever resonates with his ideas.
Right now he is creating a new place where people can come and co-create their own personal paths through the help of others.
