Presented on International Dance Day, this celebration becomes even more meaningful — uniting artists and audiences in honoring the universal language of dance.
Presented and founded by Damir Tasmagambetov and Tatyana Popova, proud alumni of Kalakshetra Foundation, this annual festival brings the spirit and purity of Kalakshetra to the New York stage.

This year’s highlights include:

• Special collaborations with dance institutions from New Jersey
• Instrumental performance - violin ensemble led by a distinguished artist from New Jersey
• Vocal performance - led by a distinguished Carnatic vocalist from Long Island
• A special guest artist from Chennai, India — an artist who dedicated more than a decade to Kalakshetra’s artistic tradition
