This cosy and intimate ceremony offers you a safe, energetically supported space to reflect on your personal experiences of 2023, the highs, the lows, the moments of balance and everything you have learned about yourself over the past year. It is a special moment for you to come into deep connection with yourself and your journey, so that you can honour all that is past and create a nourishing inner space for your intents, dreams and wishes for 2024.

During this ceremony you are loving guided inwards to make contact with and acknowledge the important things that have happened for you over the course of this past year. You'll be supported in the process of release for all those things you wish to leave behind, and given space to express gratitude for the valuable experiences and lessons you have learned this year.

You will also have the opportunity to make a deep connection with that which you wish to bring into being in 2024, being gently guided in the planting of those seeds of intent so that they can begin their germination process, as you shed the last parts of the old year and move into the next.

This ceremony is intuitively guided and supported energetically throughout, and includes meditation, visualisation and Sound Healing.
