As the summer holiday period nears its end, this Sister Circle with Sound Journey is an invitation to come together in sisterhood to honour and celebrate that which the summer has brought, and to make space for what’s yet to come.

The evening will start with a sharing circle. This is a safe space where you can give voice to whatever is going on with you at this time, whether it’s something you’re struggling with and you want support to lighten the load, or you’ve got something you’re celebrating and wish to invite others to share in your joy. All of you and whatever you’re carrying will be welcomed into this space with compassion, love and honouring.

After the sharing circle you’ll then be invited to get comfortable in a laying position, from which point you’ll be guided into a state of relaxation, and the sound journey will begin. Francesca will be weaving her voice with instruments such as her shamanic drum and the crystalline tones of kailani, creating sounds intended to support you in entering an otherworldly state that promotes deep relaxation, release, rest and rejuvenation.

On completion of the sound journey, there will be the opportunity to deepen the bonds of sisterhood with a further sharing circle and space to connect more informally over a cup of tea and sweet treat before you head home.

• Yoga mat / something to lie on
• Cushion
• Blanket 
• Extra cushion/blanket if knee support is required
• Cosy socks and layered clothing as required by the weather

• Journal and pen
• Anything else you might like to bring to promote your comfort
  
• An open heart

About the facilitator

Francesca J. Littmann is a Voice & Sound Alchemist and Sacred Space Holder, with a strong connection to the natural world which weaves its way into all her work. One of Francesca's greatest passions is supporting others in reconnecting with the power of their own voice, as well as using her own voice intertwined with sound to create otherworldly experiences that instigate deep relaxation and inner connection for the receiver.
