These individual sessions are offered by Abuelo Efrén, a respected Yokot’an Maya elder carrying deep ancestral knowledge of the sacred Maya calendar, medicinal plants, and traditional healing rituals.

Each session lasts 35–40 minutes and supports the restoration of inner harmony through:

• Energetic cleansing

• Release of blockages

• Harmonisation

This space is ideal for anyone seeking grounding, clarity, emotional release, or a deeper reconnection with themselves.

Who It’s For

These sessions are for individuals who feel called to:

• reconnect with their heart

• receive energetic support

• explore ancestral healing traditions

• soften, release, or realign their inner landscape

No previous experience with energy work or Maya traditions is required.

Please come with:

• comfortable clothing

• an open mind and heart

• anything you may need to feel at ease

You are invited to arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle into the space. To honour the flow of the day and the energy of each person’s process, all clients have a 5‑minute grace period.
After this window, the session will be considered closed so that the following appointments are not affected.

Contribution

Sessions are offered as a conscious voluntary contribution.

A card machine is available on-site, so there is no need to bring cash if you feel called to donate. 

Your offering directly supports the lineage, the farm, and the continuation of this work.

Language & Translation

Abuelo Efrén does not speak English.

He will be accompanied by an assistant who will translate throughout the session so you can relax and receive fully.
