William Howard Piano Recital
Join us for an afternoon of beautiful piano music performed by the renowned William Howard! In aid of the Frederick Foundation, which aims to to improve outcomes for stroke sufferers in Nigeria and create medical and academic links between Nigeria and the UK, starting with collaboration with Ibadan University Hospital and Oxford University.
William Howard is one of Britain’s leading pianists, enjoying a career that has taken him all over the world. He is particularly passionate about 19th century piano repertoire, which you can expect to hear at the concert! When not performing, Howard is setting up international composition competitions and commissioning love songs for solo piano. Recent recitals include appearances in Italy, Luxembourg and the UK and performances with the Carducci and Sacconi String Quartets and Quatuor Mona.
The event will be held in person and hosted by Goodenough College, providing a captivating setting for a range of much loved composers including Chopin, Janáček and Mendelssohn .The seating is limited so we encourage you to obtain your tickets early so as not to miss out.
