Understanding Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus (CCC+) Waivers

Join us as we welcome our staff from the disAbility Resource Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia, for this FREE, informative session on the CCC+ Waiver Program — a valuable resource that provides access to essential home and community based services and supports for individuals with disabilities in Virginia. This waiver provides care in the home and community rather than in a nursing facility or other specialized care medical facility. Explore how this program can support your loved one, get clear answers on who qualifies, and receive step-by-step guidance on the application process.

This information session is for families of children with severe to profound disabilities. School and community transition team members that work with these families are also encouraged to attend.
