Berkeley x Freehold: London Dock Networking Drinks

Berkeley Group is delighted to welcome Freehold LGBTQ+ guests to London Dock for an exclusive evening showcasing one of central London’s most significant regeneration projects.

Construction Site Experience | FROM 5:00pm

Guests will be invited to take part in a unique behind-the-scenes construction site tour at London Dock, led by the Project Manager. Attendees will be split into two groups of 10 for a guided PPE walkthrough of the current phase under construction, offering first-hand insight into the build process, design approach and delivery on site.

Networking & Development Showcase | FROM 6:00pm

From 6:00pm, guests will return for a networking reception and development overview, providing a broader perspective on the London Dock masterplan. The evening will also include a tour of the show apartments and a visit to the immersive room, bringing the vision and quality of the scheme to life while offering an opportunity to connect with industry peers.

Through the Berkeley Foundation’s long-term partnership with Crisis, this event will proudly support research into LGBTQ+ homelessness, helping to inform more effective policies and services that can drive lasting change. Guests are invited to learn about and contribute to Crisis’s work in building a stronger evidence base around the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ people who are at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness.
