We are so excited to be running some FREE Fun Dance Fitness Sessions with Amy from KCs Dance on Thursday afternoons.  

Just come along in something comfortable, no need to wear anything special!  Please bring water with you. 

We know how difficult childcare can be and so children are welcome to join in too.
