Friday Knights Presents: Movie Club - Better Man

Get ready for a cinematic evening at our next movie club meetup on Tuesday, 14 April, hosted by Friday Knights!

We’re trading the traditional theatre seats for the cosy, sophisticated vibes of our favourite local bar!

This month, we'll be watching the highly acclaimed Better Man. Directed by Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman), this unique musical biopic tells the true story of British pop icon Robbie Williams' meteoric rise, dramatic fall, and resurgence. In a bold and surreal creative twist, Williams is portrayed throughout the film as an anthropomorphic chimpanzee, a choice inspired by how the star often felt like a "performing monkey" for the public. Whether you're a hardcore cinephile or just in it for the atmosphere, come grab a glass of red and dive in.
