An Open Community Gathering

Emotional Sobriety Mondays

With Dr. Allen Berger

About the session

Join us for an ongoing monthly series with Dr. Allen Berger, psychologist and author of 12 Essential Insights to Emotional Sobriety, 12 Stupid Things That Mess Up Recovery and 12 Smart Things to Do When the Booze and Drugs Are Gone.

Allen brings decades of clinical wisdom and a deep understanding of emotional sobriety, the often overlooked but essential foundation of lasting recovery. Each month, he'll explore a different theme based on what's alive in the moment, creating space for honest conversation, insight, and growth.

Whether you're new to recovery or years into the journey, these sessions offer a chance to deepen your understanding of yourself and the work of emotional sobriety.

Everyone is welcome here. This is an open community gathering and there is no fee to attend.

If you are able to contribute, your support helps us keep these gatherings going. Contributions of any amount are gratefully received.

The recording of this session (without the Q&A) will be shared on our YouTube channel after the event.

Our workshops and community gatherings are educational and recovery-supportive. They complement, rather than replace, professional mental health care or your existing recovery program. Guest presenters contribute as independent experts and their participation does not constitute a therapeutic relationship.
