Sleep changes naturally as we age, but how do you know what is considered normal and when it may be time to seek help? Join licensed clinical psychologist and behavioral sleep specialist Matt Lerner, PhD, for an informative discussion on sleep and healthy aging. During this presentation, Dr. Lerner will explore the science behind sleep, common age-related changes in sleep patterns, signs that may indicate a sleep disorder, and effective treatment options that can help improve sleep quality and overall well-being.

Presenter Bio

Matt Lerner, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Behavioral Sleep Medicine. He completed his doctoral training at Florida State University and his postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Vermont Medical Center. He has completed formal training in Behavioral Sleep Medicine through the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. In private practice, Dr. Lerner provides telehealth and in-person treatment for sleep disorders, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and depression.
