Coldfall Primary Summer Fair 2026

Join us on 27 June from 12-4pm for an explosion of colour at Coldfall Primary School!

We are so excited to be bringing our first Colour Run to the Summer Fair! This is a fun run, based on laps of a short course on the field. There will be some obstacles to overcome, as well as colourful paint powder thrown as you go!

Alongside the Colour Run we’ll have a whole host of summer fun for you, with hot food, a bar, sweet shop and our books and art zone!

This year we will also be hosting spectacular 🫧 BUBBLE DISPLAYS 🫧as well as several bouncy castles and a bungee run. Lastly, don’t forget to have a flutter on our fantastic raffle!

Important things to know (we need you to READ ALL of this!):

By purchasing / ordering a ticket you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Young people under age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason.
• No dogs permitted on site other than service dogs.
  
• Photographs will be taken at the event and shared with the school community after the event. 
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on site or near the school gates.
  
• No alcohol is permitted on site except for drinks purchased at the bar.
• Tickets are non-refundable. The fair is a fundraising event and we are unable to refund donations for any reason, including in the event of changes to the programme (e.g. due to weather) or if you are unable to attend for personal reasons.
• Tickets for under-3s are free, but you do need to get a ticket for everyone in your group so we can manage capacity.

Colour Run Terms and Conditions

Entry to the fair must be purchased in order to take part in the Colour Run. 

To keep everyone safe, run slots are split by year group. Please book the correct slot for your child. Children booked into the wrong age group slot will not be permitted to run at that time, and rebooking will be subject to capacity.

Run slots are for children aged from 3 years up to school Year 6. Adults may stand inside the track to cheer & take photos.

By booking a ticket for the colour run, you confirm that you are aware of and understand the following risks:

- we advise all participants to wear goggles/glasses. We will have a small number available for children to borrow on the day, or you can bring your own. Running without goggles/glasses is at your own risk!

- there will be obstacles on the course, such as tyres/hurdles, as well as rough terrain on the field. Please encourage children to watch their step & take it slow if needed; it’s a fun run not a race!

- the paint powder thrown is washable, but we cannot guarantee it will come out of all fabrics, so please make sure your children wear something suitable! Old white PE T-shirts are a perfect option and can be kept as a souvenir of the day!

Children will not be permitted to use the bouncy castles or bungee run with paint on their clothes, so we advise bringing a change of clothes or using these attractions before your run slot.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked run time, to sign in. As the next time slot will be for a different age group, if your child is late they might not be able to participate.

Capacity is limited and we advise booking in advance, we cannot guarantee there will be any Colour Run tickets available on the day.

Costs:

• Nursery / reception - £3.50 for 1 lap of the course
• Year 1/2 - £4 for 2 laps of the course
• Years 3/4/5/6 - £4.50 for 3 laps of the course
