These body doubling sessions are a place where folx can have company to motivate themselves to get tasks done, especially catered for people who are struggle with getting things done due to ADHD, Autism, Mental Health struggles etc

We start by using the chat to "check in" - setting our own personal goals for the session. We listen to music together during the session and participants are invited to add their own songs to the collaborative Spotify playlist if they like. For the last 20-25 mins (approx) we "check out" - sharing our victories (no matter how "small") and then chat about whatever's on our mind as a ✨treat✨
