Jubilee Pool was threatened with closure multiple times from 2011 due to local authority budget cuts. The community reached a point where taking the pool into community ownership through a Community Asset Transfer from Bristol City Council became the only option to save it from permanent closure in 2022 and the Friends of Jubilee Pool (Bristol) Ltd was born.  We are responsible for maintaining and repairing the building to keep this valuable community asset open for the people of Bristol.
