Join us for Yoga Sessions! This class is led by professional yogi instructor and mindfulness guide, Haydee Espinal.
In this class, students will have the opportunity to reconnect with themselves and their bodies in a safe and supportive environment.
Registration is for the entire session. Classes will be held on the following dates: May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; June 6, 13, 20.
