Our Friends visits span more than just fine art and in October it is time for the world of stagecraft.
London is celebrated as the theatre capital of the world. While enjoying a pleasant walk through historic Covent Garden, we shall hear backstage gossip from the past 360 years of London theatre that embraces bigotry, boozers and a backstage murder or two.
Our guide for this exploration of West End Theatreland's beating heart will be David Mildon, a professional actor and award-winning Blue Badge tourist guide. David's most recent theatrical run was the much-acclaimed RSC production of Cyrano de Bergerac starring Adrian Lester.
Please note that the walk will start at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane (nearest stations are Covent Garden on the Piccadilly line and Leicester Square on the Northern) and end by Leicester Square Tube station.
Kindly note that booking a place is final and refunds will not be offered.
