Sip on your favorite drink and eat delicious apps and listen to local author Catharine Murray talk about her book ‘NOW YOU SEE THE SKY.’  A tragic and moving memoir and about losing a child to cancer. A private event just for us. 

THE BOOK

Now You See the Sky tells the story of young woman from Maine who travels to a village in Thailand and falls in love with a local man. Together they raise their three children in the joy and tumble of an extended family living in a close-knit community and a culture steeped in Buddhist wisdom and practice.

When their six-year-old child is diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia, everything changes, and they travel across the Pacific and back in search of a cure. In the end, settling in a small off-grid hut high in the mountains of Thailand, they choose to live close to the land where they can turn all their attention to their son and his well-being.

Surrounded by the serenity of land where horses graze and wide skies where birds soar, the young mother wonders whether her son is in the perfect place to heal or the perfect place to die.

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?
Once you purchase your ticket, you will be on our door list. No need to bring anything but your appetite!

What does the ticket price cover?
The ticket price covers the full cost of the wine, food, and gallery.

What is the event ticket cancellation/refund policy?
Tickets to our events are non-refundable. However I know things do come up and I will do my best to fill your spot if I get enough advance notice. Because this has limited seating, please let us know ASAP of you have to cancel. No cancellations refunded less than 48 hours before the event. 

Can I get on a waitlist if it is sold out?
