People Skills and Effective Team Working

Frome Business Breakfast meets every first Tuesday of the month – creating and supporting a vibrant business community.

October's Frome Business Breakfast will explore explore effective team working within an organisation. Cllr Ali Barclay of Oliver-Barclay Partnership will be on hand to present a model of ways to improve professional relationships and add value to a team's performance.

The event will address the importance of ensuring that everyone within a team has a clearly defined role and their skills are made the most off.

Organised by Frome Town Council, Frome and District Chamber of Commerce, and Business Manager Mairi Connelly, the Frome Business Breakfast events are open to all businesses and community enterprises and are a great opportunity to meet with other local organisations.

The event will begin with a delicious cooked breakfast and there will be opportunities to meet and discuss the issues raised with other delegates
