April 17th 2024 Council Meeting

This week's council meeting has Selwood Garden Community on the agenda. 

All are welcome, but to help us manage numbers we are asking that people register to attend the meeting whether in person or online (via Zoom). 

This will help us put preparations in place so that as many people as possible can have their say.

1. Apologies for absence, declaration of Cllrs’ interests and approval of the minutes from the last meeting on 13 March 2024
2. Questions and comments from the public and Cllrs
3. A written update from Somerset Cllr Dawn Denton for information
4. A written update from MP Sarah Dyke for information
5. To re-adopt the Staff and Cllrs’ Protocol and Cllrs’ Code of Conduct
6. To agree a response to the Selwood Garden Community planning application
7. To consider Frome Independent’s proposed conversion to a CIC
