It's All About People

Getting the best from your staff, customers, and other key relationships in your organisation comes down to your skill in managing people. To be held at Frome Town Hall at 6pm on Tuesday 28^th November, this month's Discuss & Do will be exploring people skills by looking at methods to effectively deal with conflict and communicate more effectively.

Business Consultant and Frome Town Councillor Jean Boulton will be leading this session with a variety of exercises that will examine listening and communication skills as well as how to manage emotions in delicate situations.

'Today, the ability to leave a positive impression and build lasting professional relationships remains an important skill', explains Charlie Orr from Frome Town Council. 'Investing time to learning new techniques and cultivating this valuable skill-set can be a great asset with improving existing connections and developing future partnerships'.

Discuss & Do is a free and unique programme of events in business administration to support local enterprises. The events are organised by Frome and District Chamber of Commerce, Frome Town Council and supported by Enterprise Mendip.
