Drop-in or book a slot?

Some of the Green Open Homes need to have a pre-booked hourly slot, while others are happy for people to drop in throughout their opening times. If you book a drop-in ticket, you are welcome to show up at any point during the opening hours for that home on either day. Booking a drop-in ticket means you will be emailed the property address and any other important details. 

Pre-booked tickets start on the hour - there is no set time for how long a visit lasts, so allow up to an hour

• Accessibility: as these are private homes, most are not wheelchair accessible and several do not have level access. For detailed information on accessibility, please email info@frometowncouncil.gov.uk or call 01373 465 757 and we will enquire with the homeowner on your behalf.
• Most homeowners are happy to allow visitors to use their toilets
• Please arrive promptly on the hour for any visits where you have booked an hourly slot
• Respect the host's privacy and do not open any closed doors or wander off
• Children are welcome - please make sure they are supervised at all times
• Please don't bring dogs. If you need to bring an assistance dog, we would appreciate you letting us know in advance
• Please travel by foot, bike or public transport if possible. Parking is not guaranteed at any of the venues
