From Me to You is a not-for-profit organisation that inspires and encourages you to write letters to friends, family and strangers facing cancer - tackling the social isolation so often experienced by cancer patients. The charity aims to help you overcome that feeling of helplessness when a loved one is diagnosed and inspire you to connect through a card or letter. Every year the charity sends 10,000 letters to people fighting cancer at home and in hospital through its Donate A Letter programme - spreading connection, kindness and joy where it's needed most.
