Welcome back to From My Little Kitchen Cooking Classes! This is the first time we have hosted these classes since 2020 and couldn't be more excited!
Come and join us (Isaac is a pro sous chef and prosecco topper-upperer!) in our home to meet some new friends, eat lots of delicious food, learn some new recipes and enjoy some vino before settling in for a meal altogether.
Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed into my kitchen with a glass of bubbles and some snacks (think fresh homemade ricotta with local honeycomb and roasted grapes on golden focaccia) to fuel us up for pasta making. Once we are all introduced and settled, you will take your place at your own pasta board to begin making 2 different pasta dough recipes - one a semolina dough and one a gnocchi dough. Once our pasta dough is rested, we will experiment and practice shaping by hand.
We will take a little break to top up our glasses then start making dessert - my Nonna's tiramisu. You will take this home, and we will enjoy one I prepared earlier so you can share my all-time favourite recipe at home with your nearest and dearest! While this is all underway, we will have a couple of sauces or pestos being prepared to dress our pasta in.
Once all of our preparation and cooking is done, you will settle in at the table with your new friends while I cook our pasta to serve for lunch alongside some vino rosso, extra focaccia, extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic, and some seasonal sides plus plenty of parmesan, and Italian chilli oil if you're so inclined. We will then have dessert served with coffee or tea and some of my homemade limoncello if you'd like to sample some.
Some important bits:
Each class has a maximum of 6 participants. Address will be provided upon booking.
Each participant will have their own pasta board, and equipment. You will also have your own recipe cards to take home with you.
Please bring an apron and an empty stomach with you.

Cancellation Policy: A refund can be obtained with at least 14 days notice prior to the scheduled class. If you are unable to attend within 14 days of the booked date, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact me via email with the necessary details for the transfer. Thank you.
All classes require a minimum of 4 participants to go ahead. Should your class not be at capacity, I will email you a week prior and we can either refund your class or reschedule you.
FAQs
Are there vegetarian options?
Yes, most of the glass will be vegetarian aside from one sauce which may feature meat. If you would like to book a private vegan or vegetarian class, please email me to discuss further.
Will the class be gluten-free?
No, it won't be. These are traditional recipes that include wheat flour, semolina and savoiardi biscuits. If you would like to book a private gluten-free class, please email me to discuss further.
