IMPORTANT:  If you are booked to attend this event - please answer the questions in our questionnaire for the weekend here. This only needs to be done once. Thank you to these peeps who have already completed their forms:-

SATURDAY 

2.15 pm - WHITE EVENT. Performing at 3.35 pm Warwickshire Gospel Festival    - book your gospel performance space and check latest details  here.  PARKING: available on site.  Choir signed up are:

6PM - GOLD EVENT: Warwick Arts Centre concert with Eban Brown Arrive by 6pm for 7.30 pm concert: - check latest details here - members signed up are:

SUNDAY

10am: WHITE EVENT: Visit to Rugby Elim Church: Arrive at 10am: to sing in their service: Harris Academy, Harris Drive, Rugby,  for Sat Nav use Post Code: CV22 6DX . Book your performance space for this event here. 

1:30pm - Lunch at The Bear, Bilton Ln, Long Lawford, CV23 9DU  - CONFIRMED for max 50 people - everyone pay for their own lunch - the pub will have PRE-orders from us.   Anyone not ordered will now need to order on the day. People pre-ordered are listed here (if you name does not appear you will need to just order on the day now directly at the pub):-

3pm - COME AND SING GOSPEL WORKSHOP : Winfield Hall, Rugby Elim Church, 46-48 Cambridge St, Rugby CV21 3NQ -  Adults £15 / Teens £10 - book your space and check latest details  here.   PARKING:  try at top of Clifton Road on Cemetery side or Sun St or Windsor Street (both off Cambridge Street)   NO DRESS CODE.  Here are the bookings we already have for this event:-
