Join us to perform at this festival.  HOW EXCITING IS THIS?!

How fantastic that we have been INVITED BACK to perform at this festival in Guildford on a larger stage in the Funky End Tent.

GUILFEST- SUNDAY 5TH JULY - REGISTER INTEREST: Please read the following very carefully!

The sign up process is going to be different to standard performances so please read the following information very carefully and register your interest if you are able and eligible to come. 

What is the event?   We are so delighted to have been invited back to perform at this festival in Guildford.   Please see more information  HERE

What are the logistics? We will be travelling all together by coach to this one and this will be chargeable at approx £30 per person tbc.

What are we singing? Set list will be confirmed nearer the time.  

To be eligible to register your interest, please make sure you meet the following criteria:

• You are a regular member of one of our community choirs.
• You are available all day on Sunday 5th July to travel by coach to and from the venue and be ready to perform at least once during the day.
• You are actively attending rehearsals and understand that this is a GOLD event, meaning 3 out of the 4 rehearsals prior to the event should be attended.

Please register you interest BEFORE or by 31 May 2026

What are the next steps? There are only 50 spaces for this event, meaning spaces are limited. We will delegate spaces fairly based on Alto, Tenor, Soprano sections, location and rate of attendance. If you don't get a space straight away, don't panic because we will automatically add you to the waiting list!  Please select your voice part to register your interest.

DETAILS:

LOCATION: Stoke Park, Guildford GU1 1ER

COACH:  Coach stops will be confirmed once we have determined who will be performing but based on last year they are likely to be Great Baddow, Rayleigh, Thurrock and Swanley.

UNIFORM - OUTDOOR GOLD EVENT: BIG Sing Black/Gold t-shirts (any design), Black bottoms, BIG Sing zoodies or fleeces if needed.

TIMINGS:  outward pick ups likely to be from late morning/early afternoon and return journey will be departing the venue early evening tbc.
 
SHOW TIME:  3-3.30 pm

FOOD/REFRESHMENTS: Food info will be advised nearer the time.
