WOW HOW EXCITING IS THIS?!

How fantastic that we have been asked to perform at the East Midlands Gospel Festival.  We will be performing amongst some superstar Gospel Artists!

What is this Event?  Sinach and Eben Live in Derby

The East Midlands Gospel Music Festival 2026 is coming to Derby with global gospel ministers Sinach and Eben live at Vaillant Live, Derby, on Saturday, 29 August 2026.    The East Midlands Gospel Music Festival is a UK annual gospel music festival organised by Connect Outreach CIC, in collaboration with SM Global Music, under the leadership of Mark Peter Okeagu, known as Anointed Mark, Founder of Connect Outreach.  

This is more than a concert. It is a celebration of worship, unity, community, and the power of gospel music to bring people together.

MIDLANDS GOSPEL CHOIR MEMBERS: If you are an active current member of The BIG Sing Midlands Gospel Choir then you may book your space to perform at this event in Derby which will be led by Gemma & Howard.  Whoop whoop - let's go on another coach trip!

DETAILS:

LOCATION: Vallaint Live, Chapel Street, Derby DE1 3GU

COACH TRAVEL: We are delighted that we are able to offer the coach at a subsidised price for this on at £15 pp plus booking fee. Please be at your coach pick up points 15 minutes prior to boarding. Please car share to coach pick up points where possible. BEFORE boarding the coach, please check in with your coach team leaders.  A toilet is available on board and we may have a comfort stop en route subject to time.  You may eat on the coach but please do not bring any 'smelly' food and take all your rubbish away with you.  No alcohol is allowed on board.

Pick up 1: 11 am Asda bus stop, Chesterton Drive, Sydenham, Leamington Spa CV31 1YD  park in Asda car park.  

Pick up 2: 11.45 am  Elliots Field bus stop, Leicester Rd, Rugby, CV21 1SR  please park in Sofology car park as usual.

Coaches will depart to return asap after we finish performing - probably by 9.30pm  and should be home by 11.30 pm ish at the latest.

UNIFORM : Choir: Gold performance uniform:  White tops / black bottoms - SMART

PARTICIPANTS:  Please see list of attendees will be here idc. 

TIMINGS: TBC  we will update the timetable here once we know more information this is a draft 

1pm        Arrive
1.30 ish  Sound check
3pm      Meet and greet on red carpet /take photos with guests
4pm      Event starts
TBC      Performance: we will perform for 30-60 minutes at a time yet to be determined
9.30pm   Depart
