As you all know, our regional Choir Exchanges are always a brilliant highlight of our year! It’s our chance to bring the Midlands, Kent and Essex together for one huge workshop – uniting our voices, building friendships and reminding ourselves that, wherever we rehearse each week, we are ONE BIG choir!

And this Choir Exchange is going to be extra special… 🎄✨

With Christmas just around the corner, we’ll be learning a BRAND NEW arrangement of the beautiful Christmas classic, SILENT NIGHT – created especially for The BIG Sing by our very own Howard!

We can’t wait to hear what happens when all our regions come together and those BIG harmonies fill the room. It’s going to be a wonderful opportunity to learn something completely new together, create that unmistakable BIG Sing sound and get ourselves well and truly into the Christmas spirit!

Come ready to sing, learn, laugh, connect and make some Christmas magic together! 🎶❤️🎄

What is the event? Special singing and recording session led by Howard and Gemma 

What are the logistics? This is mostly a MOW event.  We may do a coach from the Midlands if there is enough interest.  Let us know if you are interested when you book your ticket.

What will be the cost of this?  PAYG or Monthly RP choir members: £15 per person (no concessions) plus booking fee. 

Annual Passholders: FOC  Use the usual code to book these tickets please. 

MIDLANDS COACH tickets £30 pp plus booking fee.  We are running a small coach to the event. You will need to book a coach ticket AND a choir exchange workshop ticket please.    Pick up 1: 08.00: Asda Leamington CV31 1YD;   Pick up 2: 0840: Elliots Field CV21 1SR; to arrive to Shenfield School Oliver Road entrance CM15 8PZ by 11am.  There will be a comfort stop en route as this coach will not have toilet facilities on board.   Please check in with your coach leader before boarding.  Asda: TBC; Rugby: TBC.

What are we learning? Silent Night -  a new arrangement of a fab Christmas Carol to add to our Christmas Tour

Who is eligible?   To be eligible to book this event, please make sure you meet the following criteria:

• You are a regular member of a BIG Sing Community Choir .
• You are available for the day on  Saturday 24th October to travel by coach to Brentwood or make your own way.
• You are actively attending rehearsals

We cannot wait for this amazing session- it is going to be another magical BIG Sing experience.  Perhaps we can get EVERYONE together for this one.

LOCATION: Main Hall, Shenfield School, Oliver Road Entrance, Brentwood CM15 8PZ

UNIFORM: is optional - please feel free to wear your BIG Sing uniform or come dressed as you like - very relaxed.

TIMINGS: 11 am to 3 pm

FOOD/REFRESHMENTS: There will be refreshments available on the day with donations payable to SOUL.
