90-min online interactive training for HCPs with live/video role-plays performed by HCPs to demonstrate theory in practice.
We all have to have challenging conversations with our colleagues!
Often, we avoided these conversations or wait until we react.
Improving your skills and confidence in managing challenging conversations with colleagues will result in better working relationships, improvements in services, patient care, and job satisfaction.
