90-min online interactive training for HCPs with live/video role-plays performed by HCPs to demonstrate theory in practice.
Unconscious biases are attitudes and beliefs that are held subconsciously and affect the way individuals feel, think and behave with others.
Our beliefs are formed by our experiences, lack of expertise and often assumptions about others, which are often not right or reasonable.
In this webinar, we will explore our own biased beliefs, how they impact our work and relationships and how we can consciously change them to fit our purpose and values.
