100% of profits generated by this all-volunteer event go directly to our 2025 partner organizations Rabun PAWS 4 Life and Macon County Animal Services to support the important work they do caring for pets in need and placing them in furever homes.

Going into our 4th season, the Haunted Hayride at Bilbrey Manor has become one of the area's PREMIER spooky fall event. We are excited to welcome both new and repeat guests! 

While this is intended to be a family-friendly event, our hayride is not for the faint of heart. We ask that parents please use discretion for your children - we are not responsible for their nightmares!

TICKETS

       Adults: $18

       Teens 13+: $18 

       Children 5-12: $15 

       Ages 4 and under: free with a ticketed adult

We strive to make our event inclusive to everyone in the community. Please reach out if you need mobility assistance or other alternate arrangements and we will do our best to meet your needs. 

Each ticket includes: Parking; shuttle service between the parking area and event site; (1) one ride on the Haunted Hayride; Ghost Stories around the campfire, unlimited access to the Haunted Walk-Thru Cemetery, access to Tarot Readings, and other more activities. Subject to availability, additional hayrides may be available for purchase on-site for $5 cash per person.

Important Information:

• Tickets are sold in specific time slots: 7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:00pm, 9:30pm. Time slot are for your arrival at the event parking lot and shuttle ride, NOT the hayride boarding time. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your time slot. 
• Concessions with snacks, water and soda will be available for purchase during the event. Cash is appreciated. Venmo available.
• We seek to provide a fun, family-friendly event.  For the safety and comfort of our guests, cast, and crew:
  • No pets are allowed on the parking or event property. Service animals are always welcome. 
  • Alcohol, drugs, and smoking in any form are not allowed on event premises by guests. Guests causing disruption or unsafe conditions may be asked to leave.

Event parking for all 2025 hayride dates is in the parking lot of the former Piggy Wiggly in Dillard, soon to be occupied by Providence Farms. Other businesses in the shopping center are Dollar General and Country Cutaway salon.

A note for visitors from outside the area: The event venue is in Otto, North Carolina, just across the Georgia line. The parking is located in Dillard, GA.

Please park only in the designated area in front of the former Piggly Wiggly, not in front of the other businesses.

Event Shuttle Information:

• Your ticket time is your shuttle time - 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30
  
• Please wait to board the shuttle in the designated area of the parking lot. Shuttles will depart approximately five minutes after boarding time.
• The event venue is approximately 3 miles, with travel time being 8-10 minutes depending on traffic.
• There will not be any restrooms available in the parking lot. The nearest public bathroom is at the Dillard Chevron. Portable bathrooms are available at the event venue.
