Book Launch: Creative Connections
We would love you to come to celebrate the launch of our new publication that highlights what we have learned from our schools programme.
How can galleries build meaningful and sustainable relationships with primary schools?
How can we use contemporary art to empower young people and bring joy?
Why is creative learning important?
These are the questions we asked when we developed Creative Connections; an ambitious, three-year project designed and delivered in close partnership with six primary schools in Edinburgh, embedding creative leaning across the curriculum. With input from pupils, teachers, project artists, external stakeholders and the Fruitmarket Creative Learning team, this book highlights what we have all learned from each other over the course of the project.
Please join us to find out more and celebrate the project. A panel talk will take place on the night and refreshments will be available.
