Feedback from previous Write Nights:

Julie creates a generous space with brilliant people who’ll change the way you think about your writing (and maybe the world). Dive in, you’ll bring up treasure  - Jude Henderson - COO, Edinburgh Futures Institute

I have found #WriteNights fun and often funny, but also poignant and philosophical. For me exploring ideas through narrative has been engaging and rewarding in a very supportive and encouraging environment. The other writers are witty, talented, kind, and generous and it has been a privilege to have my first experience of creative writing with such a group of great people with some wonderful, and often weird (and sometimes dark!) ideas.
Highly recommended.
- Tim Rogers, Senior Consultant, Insight Group, Jersey

"It is properly nourishing, non-judgemental and filled with kindness. And it gets us scribbling madly." - Alastair Works - Organisational Consultant at Workhouse8

"Write Nights" is a great way to get together with other folk and explore your own ideas and just write. No pressure to share. Opportunity to meet others and learn new ideas that will definitely inspire your own creativity. If you write on a regular basis or have only just thought about picking up a pen or tapping on your keyboard, then just go for it. Nothing to lose and lots to gain." - Joyce Davies, Artist & Writer, Shetland

“The fab adventures of Write Nights. If you haven’t been, then get yourself signed up. It’s a great space to find your voice and play with words, beautifully enabled by Julie. ” – Scott Leiper, Creator at Imaginocity and the Learning Lab
