With over 20 years of experience as an executive coach and OD Consultant, Julie supports clients to unlock transformational change and generate long-term strategies for success. ​

Julie encourages a holistic approach with clients – Head (working with data, themes, rationale, mindset) heart (identifying somatic responses, emotional impact, willingness to change), hands (purposeful action, practical solutions). She is pragmatic, forthright and warm.​

Julie qualified as a Coach Supervisor in 2021 and continues her professional development in this area.​

Her clients are from a variety of sectors, including Arts (Royal Opera House, Scottish Ballet) Charities (Power to Change, The Climate Group) Retail (Card Factory) NHS, Scottish Government and the Video Gaming Industry.​

Julie lives in central Edinburgh; she writes, paddleboards and wild swims regularly.
