Failure is a part of any success story, but we don't talk about it enough. We've all been to plenty of events where people tell you how they hacked, hustled, and created their success, but very few where someone gets up and says "I totally messed up, and this is what you can learn from it."

Falen is een onderdeel van ieder succesverhaal, maar we praten er niet genoeg over. We zijn allemaal wel eens naar evenementen geweest waar mensen vertellen hoe ze hebben gehackt, geploeterd en hun succes hebben bereikt, maar zelden hoor je iemand zeggen: "Ik heb het totaal verknald, en dit kun je ervan leren."

Jad Alshurbaji

As a 3rd time entrepreneur, Jad is going to share invaluable lessons he has learned through an exciting experience that he has been through on his journey.

Franck Vichon 
Franck Vinchon is an experienced strategy consultant, he used to work in major creative
networks like Saatchi & Saatchi, BBDO, Y&R or Publicis. He created impact
(hopefully) on 100 brands all over the world such as Lego, Google, Snickers, EA
Games, PepsiCo or LVMH and some brands you don’t even know...yet. Multi
awarded and also proud participant of 2 campaigns for the Super Bowl, he is now
the Founder and Strategy Lead of Neon42, a challenger brand consultancy based in
Amsterdam. He is also the co-founder of Tech Makers Amsterdam and fully involved
in the tech ecosystem as a mentor and board member.

Franck’s journey has taken him across five countries in Europe, each destination
whirlwind of unforgettable adventures and spectacular fuck ups. Every location
holds its share of tales (musician, writer, screenwriter, strategist...), some that
inspire laughter and others more intrigues. 

Tarryn Paul 
Tarryn is an Executive Producer at Casual, the UK's No 1 Production Company, and has a passion for creating stand-out corporate content for her clients. Her career journey began in the charity sector, working with young people to create content that gave them a voice and a platform. From there, she moved into making content with creative agencies, but her love of authentic storytelling remains the centre of her craft.

Ales 
Ales is a software developer and co-founder of a digital marketing startup based in Amsterdam. When he's not immersed in code, he escapes the digital world once a year to backpack through "unconventional" destinations. Tonight, he's here to share a story about a memorable mishap from his recent adventure in Africa—a tale of lessons learned the hard way.
