Body Choir: Movement & Voice Journey
Think of it as a playful fusion of dance and song, where your body becomes the instrument and your voice the echo. Guided through the 5 Rhythms, we’ll flow, shake, and soften into movement, letting rhythm carry us from grounding stillness to free expression. Voices rise naturally out of the movement, creating a spontaneous choir that anyone can be part of. No steps to follow, no right or wrong, just freedom, breath, and togetherness.

Immersive Sound Journey
An immersive bath of bowls, chimes, and live sound that carries you into deep rest, inviting you to let go and be gently held.

Closing with Live Singing
We finish with heartfelt vocals to weave everything together, grounding you before returning to the evening with softness and clarity.
