The Power of Letting Go – A Breathwork Journey

As the year begins to wind down, this is your invitation to pause – to breathe, release, and return to yourself.

Through a guided 2-stage pranayama breathwork journey, you’ll move stagnant energy through the body, clear emotional tension, and soften the grip of control. With every breath, the body remembers what the mind forgets – that freedom is found not in holding on, but in letting go.

This session is an embodied practice of surrender – a chance to release old stories, identities, and attachments that no longer serve, and create space for what’s waiting to arrive.

Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools to reset the nervous system, expand awareness, and reconnect with inner clarity and calm.

✨ No experience is needed – just bring your breath and an open heart.

Precautions & Contraindications:

2-Stage Pranayama Breathwork is powerful and can feel like a high-intensity workout.
It’s not recommended if you:
✨ Have fever, cold, or nausea
✨ Have heart issues, high blood pressure, or a history of aneurysm
✨ Have glaucoma, retinal detachment, or advanced osteoporosis
✨ Have neurological conditions, seizure disorders, or severe mental illness
✨ Are recovering from major surgery or injury (within 2 months)
✨ Are pregnant

It’s safe to join if you:
✨ Have asthma (bring your inhaler)
✨ Have a history of panic attacks (safe, guided setting)
✨ Are menstruating
✨ Are trying to conceive (not during pregnancy)
