The Health & Wellbeing Day is a full-day immersive experience exploring modern wellbeing through the integration of science, embodiment, and timeless ritual.

Curated by FUEGO, the day brings together leading experts and practitioners across neuroscience, health optimisation, and integrative wellbeing to translate knowledge into lived, embodied experience.

Through talks, panels, and multi-sensory practices, participants are guided to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their inner systems, and leave with practical tools to support long-term physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual vitality.

A multi-sensory, immersive wellbeing journey combining science-informed practices with embodied and soulful activations, alongside keynotes, panels, and interactive workshops.

• Meditation: Mindfulness and visualization practices to deepen presence and mental clarity.

• Darkness Room: Guided experiences in complete darkness to heighten perception and deepen inner awareness.
