The DCG Gang - The Donny Chaingang Supporters Club

This season the Donny Chaingang on Zwift will run from the 3^rd October 2023 > 28th March 2024 inclusive.

We will be having a change of format / scheduling to enable us to continue this season.

There will be a new DCG Gang Social Spin off exclusive to members of The DCG Gang on Zwift - on Tuesdays at 18:00 UK - this is member driven and will not have a designated yellow or red beacon.

The WOWDCG will be moved outside of the DCG umbrella and will run as The WOW Chaingang.

The DCG online on Zwift - Broadcast LIVE will be on Thursdays at 18:00 UK. Broadcasts will be streamlined and available on 1 platform to reduce the delay from game to receiving the transmission. The DCG Gang Members get direct link access, registration for non-members will follow the 25>1hr before window as last year.

The DCG Gang Members will be send an email at the start of each month with details of rides, discounts & giveaways with links to our Commercial DCG Gang

The DCG Gang is the mechanism that enables the DCG to function.

As per last year we will be saying thank you to those people who donate on a 1 month or full winter basis with the relevant membership of The DCG Gang - The Donny Chaingang Supporters Club.

Membership will close on the last day of the preceding month with no late join available.

Members benefit from:

Access to the exclusive Tuesday’s members only ride.

Members email direct to their Inbox at the start of each month.

This will contain:

The full months ride links - No need to register in the 24hr period prior to each DCG.

Route details for the month – The essential info for the ride including Route, Distance, Finish Point etc.

Exclusive discounts from our Commercial DCG Gang Supporters.

Entry into any members giveaways.

Donation level set at the same as 2023 of £25 per calendar month.

Additional Donation options: 

All Winter 2023>24 £125 = Donate for 6 Months and save £25

U18 All Winter 2023>24 £25 = To help young riders still at school, college or similar, please note we will not make the membership active until we receive a scan of proof of age by email. 

While anyone can send a non-refundable donation using this we reserve the right to select who will be given membership of The DCG Gang. Donating via this method and / or being accepted into the DCG Gang - The Donny Chaingang Supporters Club transfers no rights whatsoever, please read the terms & conditions.

This is NOT A RACE but I’m sure it may turn into one .

Joining a ride means you agree to the ride parameters below.

Before we start TURN ON the Zwift message board!

We all roll out together at a steady pace keeping everyone together - UNDER 2.5w/kg.

The Red Beacon will be riding at approx 2-2.5 w/kg all ride and is there to look after our riders.

The pace may lift if the yellow beacon chooses to do so.

DO NOT pass the Yellow Beacon until ..........the Flag Drops and we "GOGOGO" then there are no limits!

Find your group and ride on -We're off -Through and off -Chain Ganging-Gettingitdone

The ride will end at a standard Zwift Segment Line ie lap, climb, sprint etc and will then have a warm down to the blue fence.
