Training and Fun Day Fundraiser

Come along to St Brigid’s GAA Training & Fun Day on Saturday, 29th August, from 11:30am–2:30pm at St Brigid’s GAA Club! ❤️💚
Open to children aged 5–12, the day will be packed with fun, games and training alongside our St Brigid’s Senior Ladies & Men players, with some of the club’s 2025 winning trophies on display. As well as the 2026 Roscommon ladies All Ireland trophy.
☕ Coffee, tea and refreshments are included for parents, followed by a BBQ afterwards with all food included in the price.
€20 – one child
€30 – two children
€35 – three or more children

All proceeds from the day will go towards my fundraising for Self Help Africa and the Warriors for Humanity – Plant the Planet Games 2026. 🌍🌳

This November, I’ll be travelling to Kenya alongside 50 inter-county players from across all four codes, with each of us committed to raising €10,000 to help plant one million trees across Africa.

The money raised will support tree-planting projects that provide food, shade and shelter, protect and restore land, and help create long-term sources of income and nutrition for families and communities.

I’m incredibly grateful to St Brigid’s GAA, our Senior Ladies & Men players, and everyone supporting the Training & Fun Day. ❤️💚

Every child who comes along, every family who supports the day and every euro raised will be helping us get a little closer to that one-million-tree goal. 🌳
