12-Week Grant Accelerator: Spring/Summer 2026 | Get Grant-Ready Before Fall Cycles Open | Train Your Leadership Team

Multiple dates and times Online, Zoom

12-WEEK CAPACITY BUILDING ACCELERATOR

Team-Wide Capacity. Permanent Infrastructure. Institutional Funding.

DETAILS:

  • 🎟️ Small Team 2–3 (Lunch Track): $8,500
  • 🎟️ Full Team 4–6 (Lunch Track): $12,000

What Is This?

The 12-Week Grant Accelerator is the full walk-with-you experience — it's the equivalent of hiring a consultant on retainer but the knowledge and capability remains inhouse.

Together we build capacity and infrastructure:

When individuals leave an organization, knowledge walks out the door. The 12-Week Accelerator permanently embeds strategic capacity across your entire leadership team — so what you build stays with the organization, not just with one person.

Who This Is For

  • Leadership teams ready to embed grant capacity permanently across the organization
  • Teams looking to learn efficiently without long meetings — lunch-hour format keeps work flowing
  • Teams frustrated with knowledge living in one person’s head
  • Organizations $500K–$2M+ preparing for major foundation funding
  • Teams that want learning inside their own organization

Why You Need This

Your grant strategy is only as strong as your team’s capacity. If knowledge lives with one person, your organization is at risk every time someone leaves. This Accelerator ensures learning stays in-house, scalable, and actionable. Your team will watch, learn, and apply each week, building permanent infrastructure and grant-readiness that grows with your organization.
