12-Week Grant Accelerator: Spring/Summer 2026 | Get Grant-Ready Before Fall Cycles Open | Solo Leader Training

Multiple dates and times Online, Zoom

12-WEEK CAPACITY BUILDING ACCELERATOR

Permanent Capacity + Permanent Infrastructure = Institutional Funding.

Investment:

  • Solo Leader (Evening Track): $4,500
  • FORMAT: 12 weekly sessions, 90 minutes each = 18 hours total live on Zoom
  • COHORT SIZE: Evening Track: max 12 participants
  • PREREQUISITE: Grant Readiness (Self) Assessment

What Is This?

The 12-Week Grant Accelerator is the full walk-with-you experience — the equivalent of hiring a consultant on retainer, except the knowledge and capability remain permanently embedded in your organization.

Together, we build systems, infrastructure, and internal capacity so that grant strategy no longer lives in one person’s head.

When leaders leave, knowledge often walks out the door. This Accelerator ensures what you build stays with your organization — scalable, repeatable, and sustainable.

Who This Is For

  • Solo Executive Directors or Development Directors carrying grant strategy alone

  • Overwhelmed leaders who need structure, clarity, and permanent systems

  • Leaders who want to train themselves now and expand team capacity later

  • Organizations $200K–$2M+ preparing for major foundation funding

  • Leaders who prefer structured learning with live facilitation and ongoing support

Why You Need This

Your grant strategy is only as strong as your internal systems.

If knowledge lives in one person’s head, your organization is vulnerable every time someone leaves or capacity shifts.

This Accelerator ensures learning stays in-house, scalable, and actionable. You will watch, learn, and apply each week — building permanent infrastructure and grant-readiness that grows with your organization.

Grant capacity grows faster in community.
