Unleash the explorer within you and join us as we unlock the ocean's hidden treasures! On this exciting expedition, we will comb the beach of Topsail Island in search of shark teeth, fossils, shells, and other unique beach treasures. But before our excursion begins we will design and engineer our own floating beach sifter. Our uniquely constructed devices will be equipped with a spacious mesh sifting area, and float on water, making your exploration easy and providing hours of fun!! Essentially, it will become your go-to beach tool for transforming any ordinary day on the beach into an extraordinary treasure-hunting adventure!

The cost includes a 90-minute beach program led by a local marine biologist and all the supplies needed for your take-home shark toothsifter.

Important Information – Please Read Before Attending

• Meet up for programs will be 5-10 minutes before the program starts.

• Please be mindful that all programs will start and end on time.

• Each participant will be required to sign a waiver before participating.

• All participants— including adults — must have a ticket to attend.

• Children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult for the duration of the program.

• Please do not come to a program if you are sick.

• All programs are rain or shine unless otherwise noted.

• Programs are subject to cancellation only in the event of inclement weather or if minimum registration is not met, at the instructor’s discretion, in which case a credit will be issued to be used by the end of the season.

• Walk-ups are welcome if space is available.
