Capital City Laughs is a standup comedy show featuring comics from across the Capital City Region and the New York City area. 

Capital City Laughs is run by Brother/Sister duo Ryan and Sara Shipley. Both originally from Western NY, Ryan is a local comic in the Albany area and Sara is working her way up in the NYC scene. They started CCL as a way to help develop the comedy scene in the Capital Region as well as an outlet for NYC comics to do longer sets outside of the hustle and bustle of the New York City.
