Situated in the heart of Beckenham, Beckenham Comedy Cabaret, established in 2015, is Beckenham's longest-running comedy club. We bring the brightest, funniest original acts to the 'ham. BCC is, sort of, a variety night. In addition to stand-up comedy, you will find character acts, musical acts, and physical/clowning comedy acts. We take great care in who we book. We scout and programme seasoned comics to the new kids on the block, making waves on the comedy scene at the Edinburgh Fringe.  We are renowned for our friendly and inclusive atmosphere, so people have come month after month for years.

ACTS

JOE KENT WALTERS AS FRANKIE MONROE

**Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer 2024 **

A multi-award-winning comedian and actor from Huddersfield. He has been delighting audiences up and down the country with his idiosyncratic style of outrageous character comedy, most notably with his comic creation Frankie Monroe.

His “mesmerising and unpredictable presence” (Chortle) performing as Frankie saw him win the 2023 BBC New Comedy Award after a “barnstorming” (Ibid) set at Glasgow’s Kings Theatre. Joe is now in development with the BBC and Hat Trick Productions.

DAVE FULTON

Originally from the United States, Dave Fulton is now based in London and has performed shows in 25 different countries, including Australia, Kazakhstan, Finland, Japan and even India. His relentless style of delivery and raw, honest material has made him a favourite Comedy Carnival headliner.

His TV credits include numerous appearances on Live at The Comedy Store (Comedy Central), Comedy Train International in Amsterdam, The World Stands Up (Paramount Comedy), The World Comedy Tour filmed in Melbourne, Never Mind the Buzzcocks (BBC Two) and They Think It’s All Over (BBC One).
