Fun-tastic Adult Line Dancing classes are fun, sociable sessions suitable for all fitness levels in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Suitable for ALL, you’re never too old to learn so whether you’ve done line dancing before or you're a complete newbie this is the class for you. Line dances are choreographed dances with a repeating series of steps that are performed in unison by a group of people in lines or rows. This physical activity helps improve balance, co-ordination and cardiovascular health. Come along and bring your friends or join us and make new ones!
