Did you know you don't have to be able to touch you toes to practice yoga?

We run yoga classes as part of our co-working and network offer at both of our Future Leap hubs (Gloucester Road and Clifton). This class is free to Future Leap Network members as well as Future Leap co-workers. We believe sustainability is also about physical and mental wellbeing.

It's a beginner-friendly class that shares movement and mindfulness practices to encourage focus and fuel before you start your work day. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat and arrive on site for 8.15am, we finish by 9am.
